WEEK FOUR UPDATE!!

And the beat goes on.....

So, at the end of week four, the tally in the RCI, ProMotion Fitness "Biggest/Healthiest Loser" program continues to grow and grow - are you ready? ARE YOU READY?

One thousand, three hundred and thirty-six pounds!!

That is 2.44% of the weight we started with!!

And for you "competitive types" - and you know who you are - here are the NEW and REVISED top ten list. There have been some notable changes, so take note:
