Y'all having FUN!?!?
Has the pot been stirred with this week's announcement and posting of "ELIMINATIONS"?
Well, the fun just never stops - always one foot in front of the other - always ever upward and onward - moving because we CAN!
Did you get yourself in some of the nifty video shooting going on this week in Vacation Plaza? Sure hope so - great publicity for all that YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED in the past several weeks - and just a preview of what and where we'll be, when and why else....
So - tomorrow, THURSDAY, November 19th, Bill Germanakos, "Biggest Loser Bill" and Mark Koning's very best buddy visits RCI for another dose of inspiration and encouragement, good times and good lessons!
And finally - and this is BIG - tell your loved ones, bring your kids and your dog - to the first annual "RCI/ProMotion Fitness Earn-the-Bird Outing"!!
Where: Eagle Creek Park
(that's a big place, so a little more detail please - okay, parking lot just inside the 56th Street entrance)
Date: Sunday, November 22nd (that's THIS SUNDAY)
Time: 2pm (sharp, not "Wendy-Time"), ready to MOVE
Who: ALL of our BHL'ers, ALL of our RCI buddies, ALL of their families, and even their doggies.
What: An "earn-the-bird" adventure through the woods and on the trails - walking, hiking, jogging, running. Hopping, leaping, pushing and pulling. The whole idea is to BURN SOME EXTRA CALORIES ahead of our ritualistic, annual feasting and giving of thanks with family and football.
There will be an appropriate pace for everyone - no one will be left behind (and if we get lost, well, we'll have company!)
The weather forecast is a 100% chance of "fun", so let's pass the word and all get out there and have some FUN!!
